About Suzanne's Wash House
Located at 820 Roosevelt Ave, York, PA 17404, Suzanne's Wash House operates as a laundromat serving York in Pennsylvania. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Pressure washing companies clean driveways, siding, decks, fleets and storefronts with hot or cold high-pressure water, and many also offer soft washing for roofs and painted surfaces. Laundromats and dry cleaners often sit in the same strip malls and gas-station corners as car washes, and several car-wash operators run a laundry next door. Coin laundries are usually open long hours with card or app payment replacing quarters; dry cleaners handle suits, dresses and household items and many offer wash-and-fold by the pound. General cleaning services cover homes, offices and move-outs, priced by the hour or by square footage.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is Open 24 hours. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. York is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around York is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

If I could give a zero star I would. This place is horrible. There’s no way they used the insurance money from the fire to actually fix the place. Nothing in the building works right, and when you have a problem with any of their machines there is absolutely no way to get ahold of anyone at all. The entire place is full of hand written signs that don’t even have proper spelling or sound professional in any way shape or form.

1 star ain’t enough to show how pissed I was! NONE OF THE WASHERS work! Everything is taped off! I spent uber money to get here which was a waste because I would be washing my clothes at different times; that’s how many washers were operating on the day I went. SMH. Packed up & left to another location IMMEDIATELY!

Currently trying to wash clothes and immediately after loading quarters into the machine the washer door locked but the machine did not start the wash. I now am stuck with clothes in the washer that I cannot get back out due to the door being locked and there’s no way to restart it even if I paid again because the machine now appears to be turned off. No way to contact management about the situation. Will remove this review and update to 5 stars if someone comes over to help me with this issue. Machine #23

I've always liked this laundry because of how quiet it is, what I don't like and it's happened to me several times is that the washers or dryers don't work and they don't have them marked and that's a way of stealing from customers, this situation is very common here. they also don't have a phone number for the customers of their business. Today will be the last time I come to this place and I will take my business to another place that does not rob me.
